Meat Chickens 102 is a follow up to 101! In this follow up class​,​ we will - Continue the discussion of raising healthy birds for your dinner table. - We will discuss moving your birds out of the brooder and housing options outside. - We will cover how to predator proof your area - Discuss some issues you may run into - Options for butchering and even some options for after they're processed. This class is a great way to begin to raise your own food and know where your food comes from. You do not need a large farm to raise your own meat chickens. I have learned a lot along the way in our homesteading journey and I want to share that knowledge.
